Absence, and Recruitment functions.
- Experience in partnering with vendors (e.g., Workday),
business stakeholders, and client
IT in the implementation of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Ability to interact
with all levels of internal and external personnel - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and
written,
- Experience
in Change Management to ensure successful deployment and adoption
- Ability to collaborate
with all levels of associates
- Ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential
information
Minimum Qualification Required:
Bachelors in Computer Science / Applications / Engineering, Computer / Management Information Systems, any Engineering or related field.
